Research division helps to contribute to policy making – carrying out research in areas of media negotiations, governance, macro-political economy, competition, and analyzing how these effect economic policy formulation. Recent work has included a working in a wide variety of areas from research on how diasporas can be used in development in a country like Pakistan to developing public health related legislation. Other areas include data analysis, database designing, socio-economic and market surveys, financial and media workshops and training to enhance capacity in these areas for the participants already engaged in these fields.
